We aim to post your order as soon as we can, within 3 days of confirmation of payment (usually 24hrs).
Uk orders have the option of tracked and insured next day shipping or standard post.
Standard post is insured up to £36 but the refund process is painfully slow so if you want to be sure, use special delivery. If the item does get lost, we will refund you to the extent the insurance has covered.
International orders will be shipped with the airsure (tracked and insured) service or standard airmail. Again, standard airmail is only insured up to £36 so if the value of your order is over this amount, please consider using the airsure service.
